Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return request due to damage or error:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is confirmed to be damaged upon arrival, or

  • The wrong item was sent

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size, color, or variant selected

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
